Welcome to Pole Fitness!

 

Everyone gets nervous for their first day at the studio but we want to prepare you for what to expect before you get here!

If you're 100% new to pole, you'll be starting in our Pole Basics level. This is a progressive curriculum taught by our certified instructors and is designed to challenge EVERYONE no matter their age, gender, or fitness level!  

Each class gives you new moves and skills you need to improve and conquer all of your pole goals!
